Like a high tide pulling back, our mornings are meant to feel effortless and unburdened by a clenched jaw and overnight stress.

We’ve been thinking about this often at Alicia Dentistry, as we’ve recently had many conversations with our community about how seamlessly stress manifests in the body while we sleep.
