Every week, we invite our community members to be a part of our Cultural Craft Group and our Drum & Dance Group over at the 2020 Minnehaha Building. On Wednesdays from 1-3 PM you will see participants creating something new and learning as they go with the help of Dancina Warner, our Cultural Navigator. On Thursdays be a part of our Drum & Dance Group and learn Powwow jammers along with our Drum Instructor Fredrick LoneEagle. Or dance along to the beat!

As we all get ready to head into the Labor Day weekend IHB staff is preparing for our Dignitaries Tour next week with some swag for our guests! Pictured here is Heidi Inman putting the final touches on each handbag. We can't wait to invite our community members into our new space at the upcoming Medical and Dental Clinic located at 2027 E. Franklin Ave.

Our youth enjoyed painting watercolor portraits with IHB staff last Friday!

Hosted by Dr. Angela Erdrich, the class brought together well-being and art lessons that participants can carry with them beyond the classroom. We even saw IHB's Spiritual Helper Richard Wright get some self-care in, aho!
