Our office will be closed on Monday, June 8, and Tuesday, June 9, for a major software upgrade and subsequent staff training. This transition to a new patient management system will enhance scheduling, billing, and communication capabilities, improving our patients' experience at our office.

As a part of this transition, all patients will be asked to complete a new health history form at their next visit. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

During this time, phone and email access will be limited. To leave a message, please call (414)962-4100 and follow the prompts. For dental emergencies, please call the office and follow the emergency instructions to reach our on-call team.

We will reopen on Wednesday, June 10, at 9:00 AM and will respond to all communications as soon as possible.
