Dr. Khader and Sean Maroney had the privilege of lecturing for students at Marquette University School of Dental Medicine and their mentor dentists on Saturday. This was part of the prestigious mentorship program that offers a tremendous opportunity for students to connect with and get mentorship from established dentists in the area.

The topic was: precision and reliability in dental implant care. Dr. Khader spoke about her robotic dental implant experience- as she was the first clinician to bring on this innovative technology to the state of Wisconsin. Sean and Dr. Khader spoke about technique and communication that brings excellence to our patient care.

So proud of this privilege and so honored to be among great clinicians and future dentists!

Grateful for an amazing outcome.

4 mandibular dental implants using ti-ultra implants, guided by chrome guide, with immediate provisionalization, bilateral sinus lifts using an amazing product: OraGen from with platelet rich fibrin to prepare the maxilla for a future implant supported restoration. Pain management is opioid free using preventative pain management strategies and including Liposomal Bupivacaine (.us ) and Stella Life .

Most importantly, our patient trusted our team from our friendly administrative team, to the assistants team, to the collaborative work of , and our amazing prosthodontist and implant representative.

We had a good day today! Busy and fun. But we said goodbye to who wore many hats. You may have heard her voice when you called, she may have held your hand during surgery, or you have seen her goofing around with the team! We will miss you and are so grateful for the time you spent with us. Can’t wait for you to get into dental school!

The team at Community OMFS spent the past couple of days in Wausau, WI at the WDA mission of mercy

We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to serve and for the trust that was given to us.
We got to meet so many amazing providers, students, interpreters, and patient advocates. Dr. Khader even got to reconnect with her friend and trusted colleague Dr. Rao and got to visit her new beautiful office.

Congrats for another amazing mission of mercy. Looking forward to coming back in 2 years!

A day in the office with Dr. Ruba Khader and the team at Community Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.
Once every 4-6 weeks, we schedule uninterrupted time to review our emergency protocols, medications, and perform simulations that we know will help us when emergencies happen.

We learn that we manage emergencies best by prevention, and by preparing for them. The more emergency training, the better we will do under pressure.

At the end of the day, patients’ safety and well-being is our top priority. We will do what we can to take care of you and your loved one best!

Dr. Khader is an ABOMS (American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) diplomat. Every ten years, a recertification is due. This year marks the 10th year of this prestigious certification for Dr. Khader, and she is so proud to have gotten re-certified!! That framed certificate looks so nice!
Being a diplomat comes with great responsibility and Dr. Khader and community oral and Maxillofacial surgery are up for this responsibility! We will always strive to deliver top notch, state of the art, compassionate care both in the clinic and in the hospital.
