A great boss leads with kindness, patience, and a genuine heart for others, and Dr. Collins does just that! Whether he’s taking time out of his busy schedule to teach and encourage others, lending a helping hand, or treating the entire team to our weekly Starbucks fix ☕️, he always finds ways to make his staff feel appreciated.

His generosity, thoughtfulness, and dedication to both his team and his patients never go unnoticed. We’re grateful for a boss who not only leads by example but makes coming to work a little more enjoyable!

One of Dr. Collins’ favorite parts of dentistry has always been teaching and sharing what he’s learned along the way.

He regularly welcomes students into the office to shadow—even on the busiest days—because he believes making time for the next generation is important.

Today, he had the opportunity to spend time with these two young ladies who are interested in pursuing careers in dentistry, answering questions, explaining the “why” behind what we do, and giving them a glimpse into the profession he loves.

Who knows…we may be looking at two future dentists! 🥼🦷✨

Yeah…we don’t miss them either. 🙌

Some things from the old days are worth keeping.
Dental impressions aren’t one of them. 😂
