We’re hiring an Endodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Lawley Endodontics in Milford.
For us, patient care starts long before treatment begins. Many of the people who call our office are in pain, anxious, or unsure of what they need. They may not know a tooth number, understand their referral, or have every detail ready.
That’s okay. Helping them is our job.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with warmth, takes initiative, and naturally looks for solutions. This role is about much more than answering phones or putting appointments on a schedule. It’s about creating a reassuring, professional experience for every patient and every referring dental office.
The right person will be:
Compassionate and patient-focused.
Warm, professional, and confident on the phone.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive and resourceful.
Comfortable communicating with referring dental offices
Able to help patients navigate appointments, referrals, and treatment information.
A dependable, positive team member!
Dental or medical office experience is preferred, but what matters most to us is a genuine passion for helping people—especially when they are uncomfortable, anxious, or in pain.
Technical skills can be taught. Genuine care for people cannot.
