In August, we will be welcoming Dr. Shannon Noroozi to the Alban Family Dentistry team!
Originally from Iran, Dr. Shannon Noroozi immigrated to the United States at the age of 10 and was raised in Smyrna, Delaware. Her journey into dentistry began early—She earned her dental assisting certification from Delaware Technical Community College and worked as a dental assistant for over five years while completing her undergraduate studies.
Dr. Noroozi went on to graduate from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University’s Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she ranked 5th in her class. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Christiana Care Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware.
Dr. Noroozi is a warm and compassionate general dentist who values getting to know her patients. She is committed to making each visit comfortable while delivering high-quality, individualized care.
We know you will love Dr. Noroozi just as much as we do and are excited for our patients to meet her later this summer!

We are once again starting a food drive for the Food Bank of Delaware.

Non-perishable food items can be brought to our collection area in our office.

After 20 years with us, our Patient Care Coordinator, Robin, has retired. Her last day was today, January 30. She will be missed. We wish her many years of happiness and health.
