We can’t overstate how much it means when a patient sends someone they love our way—it’s an expression of trust that we want to honor. As a small token of our appreciation, we’re randomly giving away a Traeger Pro Grill & Smoker to one of our patients who’s sent someone to us this summer! A random drawing will happen on September 22nd, the official end to Summer 2026, so there’s still time if you know someone you’d like us to care for!

We're excited to officially announce Drs. Collin & Chelsey Muhler to our team! Since joining our crew late last year, the feedback has been unanimously positive—we’ve found the perfect additions! The Muhlers practiced together in Maryland before returning to Richmond to start a family, and wanted to invest themselves in a practice that shares their values. Upon meeting, Dr. Hawkins knew it was meant to be, and we're confident you'll feel the same.

Dr. Collin Muhler will be working in a full-time capacity, and Dr. Chelsey Muhler will return part-time, following her current maternity leave. We invite you to read their full bios and more on our recently updated website, hawkinsdentist.com/about/

We look forward to providing you with selfless service and helping you connect the dots between your oral and overall health. Thank you for the trust you continue to place in our practice!

With gratitude,

Team HFD

For this staff spotlight, we’re actually saying goodbye to our lovely assistant Suzy. If you have been coming to us for a while, you’ve probably met Suzy. She has been with our office for 8 years and has truly been a rockstar. If we have a question about a procedure, “look for Suzy”. If we need a machine fixed, “where’s Suzy?” This past week was Suzy’s last week with Hawkins Family Dentistry. We will miss her tremendously and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors (which include a baby girl coming in December)! 💗
