"The true measure of any dental practice is not what happens when a visit goes perfectly, but what happens when there are surprises, especially when it comes to the patient's diagnosis. With that in mind, I brought my 3 kiddos to Dr. Zima's Midlothian location — and 2 of them received an A+ on dental hygiene. Unfortunately, they found some issues with our youngest. It was a surprise to me, but the staff was exceedingly professional and compassionate as they plotted out a treatment plan. They were busy, but I was never rushed. Even better, my youngest didn't worry about a thing. I recommend Dr. Zima and his amazing team for anyone looking for care and treatment that feels personal and tailored, and not like an assembly line. They totally get it!
