Have you watched all the episodes of Tiger King and now bored? This is a perfect time to work on your hygiene and create better habits. The video suggests brushing at least once a day but we think you can do it at least 2 or 3 times a day 😉 Surprise your dentist the next time you see them (in a good way)! Plus, brushing your teeth can help maintain a healthy immune system which is beneficial these days. Extra Credit: Floss.
