Our office had a fun filled, patriotic day! We had all of our little adorable patients “Vote” for who they think should be the next President of the United States it was a tie between, the moms and teachers of the world. But I still love the vote for Ariana Grande the best!! Happy Election Day to all!!

Just a little something for our hygienists to help slip(per) into relaxation mode after all their hard work and commitment to creating heathier, happier smiles! Wishing you cozy toes and warm hearts! 🧦💖🧦💖🧦

Here are some things you can do to practice good oral healthcare:

🦷Brush your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes(a fun timer can help) with fluoride toothpaste.

🦷Floss once a day to clean between your teeth.

🦷Visit your dentist regularly for check-ups + cleanings.

🦷Eat a well-balanced diet and limit sugary + acidic foods + drinks.

🦷 Drink fluoridated water if you are a child over six months.

🦷 Replace your toothbrush when the bristles appear worn and after being sick.

🦷Rinse with mouthwash(we recommend Children's ACT)

🦷Protect your teeth when playing sports by using a mouthguard.
