New pain patients - this is a reminder that if you don't confirm within 24 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled! We call and text 3 weeks prior, 3 days prior, week of, and 24 hours prior. We are booked out months and then run into high no show rates. There are other people in pain begging to get in so pretty please let us know if you're not coming so we can get them in!

Hello all!

We are in search of a part time hygienist to see patients a few times a month (2-3 fridays a month) if there's any hygienists out there looking for a few extra pay days! If you're interested, please send your resume, copy of your RDH license, and a reference or 2 to [email protected] ☺️ this will be an incredibly flexible position, you can basically choose your own hours and days as long as one of the docs is in to check your patients (of course, once your patients are scheduled, we do expect you to be there)!

We are hoping to add another room by the end of the year and hire full time so you could have opportunity for a full time position with us if you wanted.

Hi everyone,

We love staying connected with you via text... it’s convenient and works great in many situations! That said, our days can get really hectic, and sometimes we open a text only to be pulled away to care for a patient, or we return from the weekend to a flood of messages we have to sort through quickly to ensure our schedule for Monday is correct. This can cause delays in our responses, even though we genuinely want to get back to you as soon as possible. And not to mention spectrum going out constantly, leaving our responses undelivered (I'll save that rant about spectrum for another day)! We are typically VERY quick and responsive to all forms of communication, but sometimes we have a staff member out, we received an exuberant amount of voicemails and texts, or just go plain scatter brained! It happens!

If you need a quick answer or want to schedule an appointment, the fastest way to reach us is always by phone call. And if a text seems to have gone unanswered, please don’t hesitate to follow up! We never ignore anyone on purpose, it just gets a bit hectic with texts, emails, calls, and in person patients all coming in at once.

A couple of friendly notes:
- Unless it’s an emergency, texts are typically not answered Thursday after work through Sunday. Our two little ones look forward to weekends, and we love giving them our full attention during that time.
- If you do have an emergency after hours, the best way to reach us is to call the office and reach the voicemail, there’s an emergency number you can call or text for a timely response.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and are even more sorry for any lack of communication on our part when it comes to texts!
