This year, our team planned its own Employee Appreciation Day, South Dayton Smiles style! We learned some self-defense basics at Soma Academy Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu of Dayton, then ended with lunch together. It was a great way to reset, connect, and celebrate the people behind every visit. Thank you to our team for all you do.
