Somebody needed to hear this today: stop chewing the ice. 🧊😂

I know the crunch is satisfying, but your teeth are not built for it.

One bite might do nothing. Then another. Then another. Until one day that “little habit” turns into a chipped tooth, cracked filling, broken crown, or sensitivity every time you drink something cold.

And if you constantly crave ice, there may be more to it. Strong ice cravings can sometimes be associated with iron deficiency, so it is worth bringing up with your medical provider.
