She was born in Cuba and graduated from dental school in Cuba in 1990. She moved to Miami in 1993 and redid dental school at Nova Southeastern University in order to be able to practice in the United States. She graduated top of her class in 2002 and opened the family owned dental office that she still practices in today. Dr. Becerra’s lasting success is not only attributed to her impeccable skill

s in dental work but also to the abundance of compassion and warmth she offers to her patients. Dr. Becerra is married and has two kids, Dr. Lina Alsad and Adam. Her daughter is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon; her son is in high school, also aspiring to be a dentist. When Dr. Becerra is not designing life changing smiles, she enjoys relaxing with family in the Keys.
