Did you know that a healthy smile and a healthy body go hand in hand? Orthodontic treatment does more than create a beautiful smile. Properly aligned teeth are often easier to clean, helping reduce plaque buildup and supporting better overall oral health.

This World Heart Day, we're celebrating the importance of healthy habits that benefit your smile and your well-being:

✅ Brush twice a day
✅ Floss daily
✅ Keep up with orthodontic appointments
✅ Wear retainers and aligners as directed
✅ Maintain regular dental cleanings and exams

Taking care of your smile is an important part of taking care of your overall health. Let's keep those smiles healthy, confident, and shining bright! ❤️😁 http://spr.ly/6182BGqhQq

Happy International Eat an Apple Day! 🍎😅

If you're wearing braces or aligners, don't forget that some healthy snacks require a little extra care. Apples are a nutritious choice, but patients with braces should cut them into small slices instead of biting directly into a whole apple to help protect brackets and wires.

Healthy eating and good oral hygiene go hand in hand throughout orthodontic treatment. Ask us about braces-friendly snack options at your next visit! http://spr.ly/6186BGkozE
