Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

A sweet mom recently brought her children in for their routine cleanings. She shared that she was terrified of going to the dentist as a child, but now her own kids get excited for their visits with us. Hearing that means more than we can put into words.

As if that wasn’t enough, she surprised our team with a thoughtful treat to thank us for making dental visits something her children actually enjoy.

To our amazing families—thank you for trusting us with your little smiles. Being able to help create positive dental experiences for the next generation is the greatest gift of all.

Our former patient, turned sterilization tech, is off to Nicholl’s for biology pre-dentistry. While we’re going to miss her, we are SO incredibly proud of her and wish her the best of luck!

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone — 10 years of Chianti at Thorson Dentistry for Kids! 🎉

Chianti has been part of this practice since the very beginning, helping Dr. Thorson build Thorson Dentistry for Kids from the ground up. In those early days, she wasn’t just a dental assistant — she was also the receptionist, office manager, and so much more. She wore more hats than we could ever count and helped create the foundation of the office we know and love today.

Her dedication, hard work, loyalty, and heart have touched countless patients, families, and coworkers over the last decade. She truly is the heart of this practice, and without her, we would not be where we are today.

Thank you, Chianti, for 10 amazing years. We are so grateful for everything you do and for the love you pour into this office every single day. ❤️
