The 10-Second Wellness Habit Your Gums Will Love. 💧🦷

Happy Wellness Wednesday! We talk a lot about brushing and flossing, but what do you do when you’re finishing a delicious lunch at your favorite Metairie spot and can't get to a sink?

Dr. Ken has a "lazy" wellness hack that makes a massive difference for your oral health.

The "Post-Meal Water Swish."
It sounds simple, but it’s powerful. After you finish a meal (or that second cup of coffee), take a sip of plain water and swish it vigorously around your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing.

Why it works:
Neutralizes Acid: Coffee and food create an "acid bath" for your teeth. Water balances the pH level instantly.
