Halloween candy can absolutely be part of the fun. A few simple habits can help make treat season friendlier to your family’s smiles:

🍬 Enjoy candy with a meal instead of grazing on it throughout the day.
💧 Drink water afterward to help rinse away lingering sugar and food particles.

A toothache, cracked tooth, lost filling, or unexpected swelling can quickly change your plans. If something feels wrong, don’t wait for the discomfort to become severe before contacting a dentist.
