🚫Here are 5 to skip: hard candy, popcorn, taffy, ice, and sugary gum.

‼️Broken bracket? Poking wire? We have got you covered.

For a poking wire, use something soft and small like the tip of a pencil eraser to gently tuck it out of the way.
For a loose bracket, cover with orthodontic wax and call us to schedule a repair.
Lost your rubber bands? Reach out and we will get you some new ones!

Got a retainer? Here are some quick tips to keep it in great shape!

➡️Rinse it well with cool water every time you take it out.
➡️Clean it gently with a soft toothbrush and mild soap or by soaking in water with a cleaning tablet.
➡️Never use hot water as it can damage the material.
➡️Keep it stored in it's case when you are not wearing it.
➡️Make sure to bring it to your appointments so we can check on the fit.
➡️Wearing and caring for your retainer is one of the most important things you can do to protect the smile you worked so hard for.
