Your treatment shouldn’t feel like a mystery.

Digital scanning lets us get a detailed look at your smile, plan with precision, and help you understand what we’re working toward from the very beginning.

We’ve all heard that braces can hurt, but what’s actually going on when your teeth feel sore after an adjustment?

That tenderness is usually your teeth responding to new pressure as they begin moving into their next position. The good news: it’s temporary, and it means your treatment is progressing.

Meet Dr. Randy Roth 👋

A Metairie native, Dr. Roth earned his degrees and completed his orthodontic residency at LSU School of Dentistry before becoming board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. When he’s not creating confident smiles, you’ll probably find him working in the garage, making coffee, or on the go with his wife and two boys.

Have a middle or high schooler ready to start their smile journey? Roth Orthodontics is here for Metairie families. Schedule a consultation and come meet Dr. Roth!
