✨Transformation Tuesday!✨

This patient came to us with:

🔹Gummy smile

🔹Poor smile arc

Gabrielle flew in from California because she was ready to take control of her gummy smile, and trusted us to help her make it happen.

During her initial consult, we created a custom plan using 4 strategically placed TADs to intrude her upper arch while enhancing her arch width and smile arc for a more balanced, aesthetic result.

We started her journey with upper and lower Damon braces, then placed her TADs and connected them with powerchain to begin the upper intrusion process. After four months, as her treatment progressed, we transitioned to Vector Springs to keep the momentum going.

At 10 months, we repositioned her anterior TADs for even more precision, widening her arches and bringing out the full beauty of her natural smile.

To finish, we performed a gingivectomy and final reshaping, transforming not just her smile, but her confidence, too. 💫

In just 20 months, Gabrielle’s smile arc is beautifully enhanced, her gummy smile is gone, and her new look is something she’ll love showing off for a lifetime. 🛫➡️😁

Setting our kids up with a healthy smile is the foundation for a lifetime of confidence, and overall improved health.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that every child be evaluated between the ages of 6 and 8 years old!

🌟 With early orthodontic treatment, we can take a less invasive, preventative approach. Addressing development concerns while the bones are growing gives us the ability to avoid more invasive approaches in the future.

🌟 For kids who don’t need early treatment, we’ve created our Growth & Guidance program. We’ll see kids at least once a year, at no charge, to monitor their growth and determine the right time and options for orthodontic treatment. Plus, they will learn great habits that will help them maintain a healthy, beautiful smile throughout their life.

✨Transformation Tuesday!✨

This patient came to see us with:

🔹Crossbite
🔹Upper spacing
🔹Lower crowding

When Sydney first came to us, she had a clear goal: close the gap between her front teeth and correct the bite issues that were causing wear.

She had spacing on the upper arch, crowding on the lower, and a crossbite that was beginning to impact her tooth structure due to grinding.

We created a plan centered around preserving the health of her teeth and achieving a beautiful, stable smile. We started by bonding upper and lower Damon braces (holding off on her upper 3’s, which hadn’t erupted yet), and placed bite turbos on her lower 6’s to begin correcting her bite from day one. Thanks to her consistent elastic wear, we made early progress quickly.

At the 5-month mark, her canines erupted and were bonded to bring her upper arch into full alignment.

Once her bite was fully corrected and everything lined up beautifully, we added the Frost finishing touches: a gingivectomy on her upper 5-5 to refine her gumline and minor reshaping to perfect the flow of her smile.

In just 24 months, Sydney’s transformation was complete, wider arches, no extractions, no gaps, and a functional bite that will serve her for years to come. Now, she has a confident, healthy smile that reflects the work she put in, and we couldn’t be more proud!
