When Liam first came to us, his parents shared concerns about his breathing, he struggled to breathe through his nose, had difficulty running, and was grinding his teeth at night. During his exam and airway scan, we identified a restricted airway and developed a plan that prioritized both his oral health and overall well-being.

We began treatment with upper and lower Damon Braces and placed a Rapid Palatal Expander (RPE) to widen his upper arch and create more space for proper airflow. Once expansion was achieved, we laser-exposed and bonded his upper canines to guide them into position.

Rather than separating his journey into two treatment phases, we created a comprehensive extended plan (30–36 months) to ensure the most efficient and effective outcome.

Once everything was beautifully aligned, we finished with detailed final touches, including tooth reshaping, a gingivectomy, and a frenectomy, to enhance aesthetics and long-term stability.

Liam now has more than just a confident smile, he has an improved airway and the foundation for lifelong health and function. This is what comprehensive orthodontics looks like!

Crystal came to us from Southern California with a story we hear all too often, orthodontic treatment that started strong but never reached the finish line.
After four years of being in braces elsewhere, life and work pulled her away, leaving her smile incomplete and her goals unmet.

During her consult, Crystal shared her biggest priorities: correcting residual rotations, improving her smile arc, and broadening her arches. We also crafted a custom plan to manage her lower incisor asymmetry, without the need for implants.

We began treatment with upper and lower Damon braces, incorporating bite turbos on her lower 6s to support bite correction. With only one lower central incisor present, we guided the remaining incisor to serve as her midline, all while perfecting her alignment and occlusion.

Crystal was incredibly consistent with her elastics and stayed fully committed to her treatment. At debond, we finalized her case with detailed hard tissue contouring and a gingivectomy on her upper 5–5 to create more balance and reduce excessive gingival display.

One month later, Crystal returned to show off a radiant, confident smile that reflected both the precision of our approach and her unwavering dedication.

Becki came to us with one main goal: reduce her gummy smile.
She also had narrow arches that created lower incisor crowding and tipping. After a thorough evaluation, we developed a treatment plan focused on intruding her upper arch with 4 TADs and expanding both arches to upright and level her teeth.

We started with upper and lower Damon braces and .016 CuNiTi wires, followed by the placement of 4 TADs and bite turbos on her lower 6s to assist with vertical control. Over the next 11 months, we used light forces to gradually intrude her upper teeth while maintaining healthy bite relationships with elastics.

Once the ideal intrusion was achieved, her TADs were tied off, and we focused on the finishing details, broadening her smile, finalizing her occlusion, and aligning everything beautifully.

To complete her transformation, we performed hard tissue contouring and a precise gingivectomy on her upper 5-5 to refine her gumline. We intentionally preserved 2–3 mm of gingival display to maintain a youthful, natural look.

Becki returned just three weeks later with a smile that was confident, balanced, and beautifully proportioned. We’re honored to have played a role in her journey, and proud to deliver results that last a lifetime.
