🌟Transformation Tuesday!🌟

This patient came to us with:

🔹Gummy smile

When Kelly first visited us, she felt self-conscious about her gummy smile and narrow arch. After evaluating her bite and facial structure, we crafted a comprehensive treatment plan using four TADs to reduce gum show, support her upper lip, and expand her arches for a fuller, more balanced smile.

We kicked off her transformation with upper and lower Damon braces and bite turbos on her lower 6’s to support the intrusion process. At her second visit, the four TADs were placed and activated with surgical thread, initiating controlled intrusion.

While we reduced her gummy smile, we simultaneously expanded and aligned her arches to correct crowding and create ideal symmetry. After seven months of steady progress, we tied off the TADs and transitioned her into elastics to maintain her bite and reinforce stability.

To complete her smile, we refined her tooth shapes, performed a frenectomy, and finished with a gingivectomy on her upper 2-2 to increase crown height and perfect her gumline. Just one month later, Kelly returned with a dazzling, confident smile that radiated joy.

Melissa was referred to us by her dentist after noticing wear on her teeth. During her exam, we discovered that her bite was placing too much pressure on her front teeth. To protect her smile long-term, we created a treatment plan focused on widening her upper arch, correcting her crossbite, and establishing healthy overjet for improved bite function.

We started her journey with upper and lower Damon braces, and thanks to Melissa’s consistency with her elastics, we were able to keep her bite in a stable, healthy position throughout treatment. Along the way, we also performed a bit of contouring to perfect her alignment and minimize black triangles for a more polished look.

After just 14 months, Melissa now has a fuller, healthier smile, one that not only looks amazing but will also protect her teeth and jaw for years to come.
