This advanced understanding is a result of 3 additional years of training that allow Prosthodontists to approach situations with a special vision and perspective completely unique from a general dentist. Working for his father who is an Engineer most of his youth, he gained valuable lessons in precision and discipline while spending summers on construction sites throughout many states. Dr. Howell did his undergraduate work in Biology and Public Health at Utah State University. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and completed a Masters of Science and Certificate of Specialty in Prosthodontics at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. During his 3-year prosthodontic residency beyond dental school, Dr. Howell focused on comprehensive oral reconstruction and received extensive training in dental implants, removable prostheses (dentures and partials), and conventional fixed prostheses (crowns and bridges). While serving as Chief Resident, Dr. Howell had the opportunity to teach and mentor other residents and dental students in many different areas of prosthodontics. This helped foster a passion for education which he enjoys sharing with his patients. He continues teaching by lecturing to groups of dentists locally on different areas of prosthodontics. During residency, Dr. Howell was trained in all aspects of dental laboratory work and fabricated his own dentures and partials from start to finish for his patients . This valuable laboratory training was key in helping Dr. Howell to customize each prosthesis in-office and monitor the work that returns from his dental labs. This is key to be able to provide the level of excellence that his patients deserve. Dr. Howell enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. As new residents to the Phoenix area, they are enjoying the beautiful sunshine and everything Arizona has to offer. Dr. Howell enjoys the outdoors, playing and watching football with his boys, golfing year round, and watching his family grow up.

Until you come to our office, meet us, and discuss your concerns and solutions, it is very tough to show you via our website how different we are. In a nutshell, we feel we are very unique for a dental implant center and we care tremendously about your experience and your journey. Dr. Howell and Dr. Farley are leaders in their industry. Not only are they specialists in reconstructive procedures, like dental implants, All-on-Four, and full reconstructions, but they help lead the industry in digital dentistry. The technology in our office rivals that of almost every dental office and many dental laboratories. This is because Dr. Howell and Dr. Farley understood early on that incorporating these workflows into Revive would be a way to get patients better, stronger, and more beautiful teeth for a fraction of the cost. Normally, these procedures rack up a hefty lab bill as someone offsite builds the teeth. By building the teeth here in the office, not only can we do it better, but we can do it cheaper. Those savings are passed to you. We are very passionate about what we do and are very easy to talk to. You will find in talking with us, that we listen, we give straight answers, and we know what we are talking about. We are known to put patients at ease through their treatment and truly care about you and the outcome of your treatment. We get heavily involved with your care, from more time in the chair, for following every step with precision, to actually helping through the process of building your teeth. You will often find us, the doctors, at the computer designing your teeth, rather than having this outsourced to someone who you will never meet. Both of our doctors are prosthodontists. We have been practicing dentistry since 2008, including a residency where we learned all the skills to take on the most complex dental procedures. We see all the complex cases where the general dentists are stumped, and often are called on to fix problems when treatment does not go right. You can feel confident that we have either been through your exact situation before with another patient or at least a case that is very similar.
