Jennifer Evans, RDH, BSDH, MS is a dental hygienist and educator with more than 16 years of clinical experience and a passion for helping dental professionals provide exceptional patient care. Her extensive clinical background includes preventive and restorative dental hygiene, patient education, and working directly with patients to improve oral health outcomes. Jennifer also brings a strong understanding of the clinician-patient relationship through her research examining patients’ perspectives of dental hygienists’ social intelligence and its influence on commitment to self-care. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed dental hygiene literature. With experience in both clinical practice and dental hygiene education, Jennifer understands the day-to-day challenges clinicians face and enjoys connecting with dental professionals to share practical solutions that can enhance patient care and the clinical experience.
Rachel Kyhl, BSDH, RDH, PN1-NC, NASM-CPT
With 15 years of experience as a clinical and restorative registered dental hygienist and former EWU restorative instructor, Rachel brings deep clinical expertise to her role as an Oral Hygiene Consultant. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene along with certifications in nutrition and personal training, she bridges the gap between oral health, systemic wellness, and lifestyle coaching. Rachel is passionate about empowering dental teams with evidence-based strategies, modern oral health tools, and practical education to elevate patient care.
