📣 Hey teens (and parents!)—don’t forget these smile-saving tips:
• Brush 2x a day (yes, even after late nights!)
• Floss daily—no shortcuts!
• Limit sugary drinks like soda & energy drinks 🥤
• Wear a mouthguard during sports 🏈
• Keep up with regular dental checkups

🚨 Fun fact: Teens are more prone to cavities due to diet choices AND busy schedules. Staying consistent now = a confident smile later!

Today was Quonya's last appointment with us. 😢 We are going to miss this outstanding young man, but for now, we're just going to brag on him! Quonya will be graduating from Quitman High School this month, where he played football & track, and placed top 10 in the state for hurdles. He earned a scholarship for his track performance and will be attending Missouri-Culver Stockton College in the fall to run the 200-meter dash, 4 x 1 relay, & hurdles...wow!! We are super proud of him!
