Looks like someone is very excited for the new Spider-Man movie! What do you think? Should the whole office go see it dressed up as Spider-Man?

This smile transition was extra special 🤍
Braces don’t just straighten teeth — they change lives, confidence, and the way someone shows up in the world.

This patient has been an absolute joy from day one. So kind, so positive, and such a trooper through every adjustment. It was truly so much fun helping her along this journey and watching her confidence grow right along with her smile.

And the best part? 🎁
Getting her braces off just in time for Christmas — because that was her Christmas wish, and we love making those come true. Seeing her reaction was everything. Moments like this are exactly why we do what we do.

Merry Christmas, beautiful smile ✨ You earned it.

At Aesthetic Smiles in Meridian, we see transformations every single day — and the power of braces never ceases to amaze us! 🦷💫 From improving bite alignment to creating life-changing confidence, braces can truly perform miracles.

Early screening is key — the earlier we can assess your child’s growth and development, the more options we have to guide their smile beautifully (and often more comfortably!). 😁

✨ Did you know that an untreated crossbite in adults can cause more than just a crooked smile? ✨

Crossbites don’t just affect appearance — they can contribute to:
😴 Sleep apnea and nighttime breathing issues
🗣️ Speech disorders and difficulty pronouncing sounds clearly
😣 TMD (jaw joint problems) leading to headaches or jaw pain
😬 Bruxism (teeth grinding) that wears down your enamel
🦷 Uneven tooth wear & gum recession over time

In the past, correcting these problems often meant major jaw (maxillofacial) surgery. But thanks to MARPE and advanced, non-surgical orthodontic techniques, Dr. Jordan Pilling at Aesthetic Smiles can now correct many adult crossbite cases without surgery. 🙌

Your health, confidence, and smile are worth it — and you don’t have to live with the risks of an untreated crossbite.

📅 Schedule your FREE consultation today and find out how we can help you breathe easier, speak clearer, and smile brighter. 💙

😴✨ Sleep, Airway Health & Kids: What Every Parent Should Know

Did you know that many children with attention, behavior, and focus struggles might actually be dealing with airway and sleep problems rather than ADHD? 🤯

Enlarged tonsils and adenoids can block a child’s airway, leading to:
🌙 Restless sleep
💤 Snoring or mouth breathing
😩 Daytime fatigue & irritability
📉 Trouble focusing at school

Here’s the important part: these symptoms can look like ADHD but often stem from poor-quality sleep due to restricted airways. 🫁

Studies show that a significant number of kids diagnosed with ADHD-like behaviors actually have sleep-disordered breathing. When airway issues are treated, many kids experience:
✨ Better sleep
🧠 Improved focus
😊 Happier moods
📈 Stronger academic performance

Because here’s the truth:
✨ Some kids don’t need medication.
✨ They need more oxygen.
✨ They need their jaws to grow forward—not be restricted.
✨ They need sleep that actually restores their brains and releases key hormones.

So, if your child snores, breathes through their mouth, or struggles with restless sleep… ask about their tonsils, adenoids, and airway health before jumping to conclusions. The great news is we can do most of that here with a simple consult and quick scan 💙
