Dr. Meadors was the first Pediatric Dentist in the Treasure Valley to achieve Board Certification in this specialty and has served the
needs of children in the Treasure Valley since 1994. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Oral Roberts University
School of Dentistry in 1982, graduating at the top of his class. He practiced general dentistry for 8 years, both in private practic
e and
on active duty in the U. Dr Meadors made the choice to specialize in
treating children and completed a 2 year residency in Pediatric Dentistry in 1992 at Madigan Army Hospital with an academic
affiliation through the University of Washington. In addition to his professional training, he also holds a bachelors degree in Zoology
from the University of California at Davis as well as completing an additional year of graduate studies in biological sciences at California State University in Sacramento. Dr. Meadors has served as a Pediatric Dentistry mentor in US Army General Dentistry Residency programs, has been on staff at several hospitals and currently is on active staff at St. Luke's Hospitals in Meridian and Boise. He has served as Chief of Pediatric Dentistry
at Fort Riley Kansas and as Section Chief of Dentistry at St. Luke's Hospital, has served on several Family Advocacy boards and
various Clinic Specialty teams, He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The College of Diplomates of the ABPD, TheAmerican Dental Association, The Idaho State Dental Association
and the Southwest Idaho Dental Society. Dr. Meadors and his wife have 2 grown children and one delightful grandson. His hobbies include fly fishing, ultra running, hiking and
spending time with his family.
