Fall sports are in full swing, and we love seeing kids out there having fun! Whether they’re running down the soccer field or gearing up for another game, a properly fitted mouthguard can help protect their teeth from unexpected bumps and falls. Add it to the uniform checklist so protecting their smile becomes just another part of getting game-day ready!

October is National Dental Hygiene Month! It’s a great reminder to help kids stay consistent with the basics: brushing twice a day and flossing every day. Building these simple habits early can help set the foundation for healthy smiles for years to come!

Ever hear your child say something is stuck in their tooth? Molars have tiny grooves and pits that are great for chewing, but they can also hold onto pieces of food. Paying a little extra attention to those back teeth while brushing can help keep those tricky areas clean!

Cavities don’t only form where you can easily see them! The spaces between teeth can trap plaque and food that a toothbrush may not reach. That’s one reason flossing is such an important part of your child’s routine. Cleaning between those little teeth helps protect the spots brushing alone can miss!

No toothache? That’s exactly how we like it! Regular dental visits aren’t only for when something hurts. They give us a chance to keep an eye on your child’s growing teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health while looking for small concerns before they have a chance to become bigger ones. Keeping healthy smiles healthy is a big part of what we do!
