Dr. Chang takes great satisfaction in offering care to our community, specializing in anesthesia and handling complex dentoalveolar, orthognathic, TMJ, trauma, and facial cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Chang began his academic journey at New York University’s College of Dentistry and later relocated to Washington to embark on his military career and complete his residency training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Madigan Army Medical Center.

Dr. Paul Chang is a board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon dedicated to lifelong learning and providing excellent patient care. He currently serves as the Department Chief and a faculty member at the Madigan Army Medical Center, where he is responsible for training Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residents in a full scope practice.

*PLEASE WELCOME* Srini Chandra, MD, BDS, FDSRCS(England), FIBCSOMS(Onc-Recon) FACS. Dr. Chandra specializes in full spectrum Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery including Cranio MaxilloFacial Trauma, and Head and Neck Oncology with Microvascular Reconstruction.
Dr. Srini R. Chandra was formerly an Associate professor and Program Director, at Oregon Health & Sciences University, Fred and Pamela Buffe Cancer Center, Veterans Affairs Medical Center with expertise in Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction on including Dermatological Reconstruc on. He has served as faculty at University of Washington, Seattle, and Harborview Medical Center, University of Washington Medical Center, and Sea le Cancer Care Alliance. He is AOCMF, SORG, an active ATLS faculty, and a current US Army Medical Reserve.
Dr. Chandra has a particular interest in Tumor Surgery including Salivary disease, Nerve injury, Facial Reconstruction, Vascular Anomalies, TMJ Endoscopy resulting in various
academic research and publications. He serves on various boards and committees locally and internationally.

Dr. Jung received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, graduating first in his class. Following graduation, he completed a one-year research fellowship with the Loma Linda University Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department.
Dr. Jung had the privilege of publishing several articles and textbooks chapters to contribute to the field of oral surgery during that year.
After a year of research, Dr. Jung completed his six-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Loma Linda University, during which me he also received his Doctor of Medicine. Throughout residency, he received extensive training in anesthesia, dentoalveolar and implant surgery, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, benign and malignant pathology, and maxillofacial reconstruc on.
Dr. Jung is dedicated to serving his pa ents with the utmost care. His professional interests include facial trauma, dentoalveolar surgery, and corrective jaw surgery.
