We specialize in General Dentistry and provide other more specialized dental services such as Root Canals, Cerec (same day crowns/caps), in-office and take home teeth whitening, veneers, invisalign, and implant services to name a few.

Dear Golden Oak Dental Patients, Families, and Friends -

This COVID-19 pandemic has been a trying time for all of us. We want to take a minute to inform you of the reopening process and the steps we are taking to ensure that our patients and staff stay healthy.

Our schedule is going to open slowly in order to maintain everyone’s safety & manage our new protocols.
We do have a list of every appointment that was interrupted. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time. The patients with appointments which were canceled first, will be given the first attempt to reschedule. We will open our routine cleaning schedule stating July 1st. Keep in mind that most patients schedule their routine cleaning appointments 6 months ahead of time, so unfortunately the schedule is limited.
The dentists’ schedules are open with limited hours and a few restrictions still in place, but we are currently taking appointments as of 5/18/2020.

We will ask that everyone entering the office wash their hands in the restroom before entering. Only the patient that is being treated may enter the office. The only exceptions will be for young children or those with special needs. If someone must enter with the patient, it will be limited to one parent/caregiver. Our reception area will look different to ensure that proper social distancing guidelines are met.
Please show for your appointment at the scheduled time, not early or late as we would like to limit the amount of patient overlap time in the office.
A short Covid-19 questionnaire will be required upon each visit in order to maintain the safety of all. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please let us know by phone and we will reschedule your appointment.

We will be following all of our normal, rigorous sterilization protocols to ensure your safety. We have taken extra precautions by adding additional barriers, air filters in the operatories and limiting the amount of people entering the office.

The Golden Oak Team is very anxious to get back to work, but in a safe, smart manner. We will see you all soon. Please call or email the office if you have any questions!

Golden Oak Patients and Families,
First of all, thank you for understanding all of our schedule changes and uncertainty at this time. You all have been wonderful. Once we have a reopening date, we will contact the patients that have had their appointments put on hold.
Right now, protocols and guidelines from the CDC, WDA, ADA and our governor are ever changing. We are monitoring them right along with you and we are very anxious to get back to our patients.
Thanks again and we hope to see all of you very soon!

Good afternoon Golden Oak patients,
At this time we are limited as far as the patients we can see, the procedures we can complete and the hours we can be open due to the Covid-19 virus.
We are currently keeping Mondays and Thursdays from 9-2 as emergency hours. Emergencies are constituted by: pain, swelling, infection or immediate danger of losing a tooth. We are not able to perform extractions or root canal therapy in the office in order to protect the staff and of course the patients involved.
We are responding to calls all week long, so if you have a question please do not hesitate to ask.
