Feeling grateful for a digital workflow, now just to find a way to polish nonprecious metal not by hand! This case went in without a hitch!! With patient's case history and doctor's script we decided all single nonprecious fcc for the posterior and 2 single Zirconia in the aesthetic zone.

Lots going on with this bridge #6-11 case for Dr. Zimmet at Falls Dental Group. I'll keep it short and sweet. Patient had severe bone loss at sites #9 and 10, and long span pontic. We decided zirconia would be a better option over porcelain so designed a zirconia jacket/overlay we cemented over the metal substrate. Thank you for the great job Dr. Z and taking before and after pictures, as well as the Falls Lab team!

Looking to add a new Team Member to the Falls Dental Lab Family. Please reach out with any questions!

We are a family-owned Dental Lab looking to add a new member. We specialize in Crown & Bridge, Implants, 3D Printing & Casting. Our team is composed of passionate technicians who work together like family and value quality and precision. Doctor and patient satisfaction are our top priority. Quality over Quantity.

The main areas we are looking for help in are:
1. Model & Die (will train with no experience)
2. CAD – CAM / Scanning & Design: We use 3Shape + InLab (minimum 2 years’ experience)

New member must be able to:
- Identify, problem solve and communicate both independently and with other team members
- Must have good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn: Dental field is always changing!
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics. Team member needs to the ability to learn our style and expectations.
- Demonstrated hand-eye coordination and excellent manual dexterity

Looks a little long you might say? Agreed. However, do to extreme wear on the mandibular anterior, the Doctor asked us to lengthen the incisals to hide the space left by extreme wear. Patient may or more may not have the lower anterior done at a later time, in which case the upper incisal edges can be reduced to provide a more esthetic outcome.
