We are excited to announce that we have a new dentist, Dr. Chandler Brennan, joining Falls Dental Group in April 2026!

Dr. Brennan grew up in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. As a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan, he happily attended St. Norbert College in Green Bay, WI and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. From there he followed his older brother to Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Brennan raves about the wonderful mentors he met at school and how they’ve shaped him to become the high-standard general dentist that he is today.

Since graduating with his DDS in 2022, Dr. Brennan has dedicated himself to providing comfortable and personalized care to ease the worries of even his most anxious patients. When away from the office Dr. Brennan can be found at the Milwaukee Bucks games cheering on his favorite team or he may be at one of his favorite local coffee shops drinking too much coffee and reading a sci-fi novel!

Dr. Brennan is looking forward to providing high quality and compassionate care for all his patients!

On December 31, 2025 Dr. Mark Thomson will be retiring. We are sad to see him leaving but are very excited for him to be able to enjoy his retirement! Please see Dr. Thomson's retirement letter below.

Dear Patients of Falls Dental Group,

After much consideration and 34 years of practicing dentistry, I have decided to retire. The decision to retire has not been an easy one to make, but due to ongoing neck and back issues, I feel like it is time to try to seek answers on fixing these problems. I also plan to use my time to enjoy my family, traveling, and exploring other interests. My last day in the office will be Wednesday, December 31st, 2025.

I had the fortunate pleasure to have joined an exceptional dental practice, which allowed me to meet so many wonderful patients, and provided me the opportunity to take care of so many of you. I have enjoyed my time providing dental care and developing relationships with all of you. I certainly will miss all of you.

I trust your future oral health care needs will be well taken care of with Drs. Stuart Dongre, Troy Thoong, and Jared Zimmet, along with the rest of the excellent care team at Falls Dental Group.

Dr. Chris Tamsen has recently moved to a practice in Sheboygan, WI and we wish him the best of luck with his new career opportunity.

In his departure, we are very excited to welcome Dr. Troy Thoong to Falls Dental Group!

Born and raised in Green Bay Wisconsin, Dr. Troy earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at top-ranked University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After graduating in the top-half of his class and with an academic scholarship, he worked at a practice in the Milwaukee area before joining the team at Falls Dental Group.

Dr. Troy was inspired to become a dentist after getting to know his own dentist for over 20 years. It is because of his influence and support over the years, that Dr. Troy decided to pursue a career in dentistry. Outside of the office, he loves traveling to new cities and parks. In the winter, you can find him tumbling down a mountain while learning how to snowboard! On the weekends, you can catch him cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers, Michigan Wolverines, and Green Bay Packers!

Dr. Troy loves learning about his patients' families, hobbies, and interests. He is very excited to meet you and get to know you too!

Upon Dr. Pittman’s retirement on September 30, 2021 (who we will dearly miss!) we are excited to inform you of the addition of our newest dentists to join Falls Dental Group! Dr. Chris Tamsen has joined our practice this past January 2021 and Dr. Stuart Dongre has joined our practice this September 2021. Retirement Letter from Dr. Pittman:

Dear patients of Falls Dental Group,
After more than 44 years of practicing dentistry, nearly 30 years of those at Falls Dental Group, I have decided to retire. My last day at the office will be September 30, 2021.
Over these years I have been blessed to have met many wonderful patients and have worked with many great people. I will certainly miss all of you. I have also been privileged to work beside very capable dentists at Falls Dental Group. I am confident that one of my younger colleagues will be more than able to continue providing for and maintaining your dental health.
This has been a difficult decision to make, but it is time. I will use my “extra” time enjoying my family, which includes my 14 grandchildren. I will also continue biking, hiking, and being able to do anything else I decide I want to do. I have no shortage of projects I would like to tackle.

Dr. Kathleen Carranza has left Falls Dental Group in January 2021 to pursue a different opportunity, and we wish her well in her future endeavors.

In light of her departure, we are excited to have Dr. Christopher Tamsen join our practice! Dr. Tamsen is originally from the Milwaukee area, and a graduate of the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2017 with honors. He went on to practice general dentistry in Madison, WI until joining us at Falls Dental Group on January 4, 2021.

Ever since Falls Dental Group has re-opened since last May we’ve been extraordinarily busy rescheduling recall hygiene and elective appointments that had to be missed due to the COVID pandemic shutdown.
