Hello Dental Family. We are so excited to say our doors are officially OPEN! However, there have been a few changes to our office due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. We have started with a SOFT OPENING to test how the new procedures/guidelines will work best for our practice. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this is new for everyone, as well as a week-by-week process.

*Our new/current hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 3:00pm* (Starting June 1st). We will have to reschedule some patients due to the new office hours.

• Staggered Scheduling- instead of using all 5 chairs we are leaving an empty chair in between each patient. IE. #1, #3, & #5 which means less appointment spots.
• Modified patient check in: When you arrive for your child’s appointment please park in the marked/reserved spots in front of the office, and stay in your car. You will text your child’s name to the number posted out front and someone will greet you at your car.
• Each child coming in for an appointment will have their temperature taken and given hand sanitizer.
• We ask that your child comes in on their own, but if you need to accompany your child (due to age or other circumstances,) only ONE person per family.
• Please bring a mask for each child receiving care and for yourself if you plan to accompany your child for the appointment.
• Unfortunately Nitrous Oxide will not be available.
• Bathroom access will only be available for patients being seen.

**If you need to reschedule a missed appointment due to the Covid Pandemic please call our office to reschedule in the next few weeks. **

Hello everyone,

We wanted to update you to let you know our office is still closed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. As soon as a clear date to resume our normal schedule is released by the Governor of Tennessee and Health Boards, Tennessee Dental Association and, American Dental Association, we will begin rescheduling all appointments that were missed.

If you have a dental emergency (pain and swelling from infection) please call our office for our emergency line.

We have always been committed to the highest standard of hygiene and keeping everything in our office as germ-free as possible. In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to remind you of both our commitment to this, and the role you have played as well.

*If you are a patient who has any appointment scheduled in the next few weeks, and you have any signs or symptoms of respiratory viral infection (fever, cough), we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We will work hard to be as accommodating and flexible as possible!

We are taking extra daily precautions in our office to disinfect our lobby and patient areas even more thoroughly than usual. It takes every person in a community to take responsibility to help eliminate the spread of this highly contagious virus, and we sincerely appreciate your support in our efforts to care for others.
