NATIONAL HOLLIDAY !! Its my birthday!!!! Cancer survivor. Mother. Believer in Jesus Christ. God has carried me through storms I didn't schedule, but also blessings I didn't bargain for. I'm still here 17 YEARS POST CANCER!! I am — still standing, still praising, still believing. Every year is a gift, every breath is His mercy, and I thank God for allowing me to see another birthday. 60 pounds down in one year!! I'm the healthiest I've been in years. I absolutely love God. Friends, family, staff, church members, Best Friend... I love you all!

ONE YEAR AGO TODAY!! my blood pressure was STROKE level! it was giving “call the prayer chain AND the ambulance” 😩😂

Doctor said numbers… I heard scriptures and footsteps.
So I put on my shoes, grabbed my faith, took a shot of this nasty liquid from Ethnik Vibes that tasted like straight repentance… and I started WALKING. Baby when I tell you that first walk felt like I was dragging a U-Haul full of bad decisions behind me… 😭

But God right now!

✔️ Blood pressure DOWN
✔️ Steps UP
✔️ Faith STRONG
✔️ Blood pressure herbal shots still disrespectful but EFFECTIVE. I'm 56 POUNDS DOWN!

I didn’t just lose numbers…
I gained life, clarity, peace, and a testimony.

Consistency + Prayer + A little suffering on that Ethnik Vibes liquid = MIRACLES! My goal was 75 lbs but I'll keep going til I get there.

If I can do it, so can you. Start TODAY. Even if it’s slow… just MOVE.

17 YEARS AGO TODAY! I heard news that changed my life forever..."YOU HAVE CANCER." Little did I know that I would lose my church family, my hair, my home, my friends, my family, my weight, my eyebrows, my eyelashes, my confidence, my fingernails, my marriage, my sleep, my appetite, and my peace. What I did not lose was my MIND or my faith. God kept me !! It was NEVER about me, it's not about me now, It's about YOU knowing GOD NEVER, Ever, fails!!!

WE ALL MESSED UP!! Well maybe it was just me. Between dressing, chicken, macaroni and cake honey that scale may have a lying spirit on today . BUT, It’s the first day of the last month of 2025! Let’s maintain these temples!

• Take the sea moss like it’s communion

• Hit that apple cider vinegar like it’s spiritual warfare

• And get at least a 30-minute walk in while you talk to Jesus about your goals! Listen… PRAY while you walk and watch how your whole life starts lining up. Thy will be done, and thy will be FINE!’ 💃🏾💃🏾🔥 It is His Will. 😂. Let’s finish this year healthier, happier, and holier!”
