Turtle Fest 2026 was a total shell-ebration! 🐢🧭

Even with the afternoon showers — you truly couldn’t rain on our parade! We had a steady line at our booth from start to finish, and gave away every single piece of Compass merch we brought. Families kept coming, the good vibes never stopped, and we had the best time connecting with so many incredible people — from spinning the prize wheel to chatting about all things orthodontics (and, of course, turtles! 🐢). One of the most common questions we get — and one we’re always happy to answer — is about the cost of orthodontic treatment.

At Compass Orthodontics, we make it simple to invest in your smile. We believe in transparent pricing and open conversations about your investment. Treatment cost depends on your individual smile — the type of treatment, the complexity of your case, and your goals. So while we can’t give you an exact number before we meet, we can give you a real starting point:

Phase 1 treatment (early childhood orthodontics) typically ranges from $2,000–$4,000. Comprehensive treatment with braces or clear aligners is $5,000–$8,000. Limited clear aligner treatment for adults is generally $3,000–$6,000.

We accept most insurance, welcome FSA and HSA funds, and offer flexible payment plans to fit your life — plus, patients who choose to pay in full receive a discount at the start of treatment.
