One of our patients surprised Dr. Ferrin with a thoughtful anniversary gift, and it truly made our day.

While the gift was incredibly kind, what means the most is the relationship behind it. Moments like these are a reminder of how fortunate we are to care for such amazing people every day.

To all of our patients—thank you for your trust, your support, and for allowing us to be part of your health journey. We never take it for granted.

We truly have the best patients.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Leslie! 🎉

To know Leslie is to love her. 💕

She greets every patient with a smile, remembers the little details, celebrates life’s wins with them, and somehow makes everyone feel like family. Her positivity is contagious, her heart is huge, and her kindness shines through in everything she does.

We are so lucky to have her as part of our team and even luckier to call her our friend.

Help us wish Leslie the happiest birthday today! ☀️🎂🎈

Today we’re celebrating Amber and everything she brings to our team.

As Dr. Malloy’s Treatment Coordinator, Amber is often the person helping patients navigate treatment, answer questions, and feel confident about their next steps. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to patient care make a difference every single day.

Thank you for 7 years of hard work, loyalty, laughter, and for always putting our patients and team first. We are incredibly grateful for you and all that you do.

At Rogue Periodontics & Laser Dentistry, we believe growth doesn’t stop when the workday ends.

Each month, our team comes together for Book Club, led by our amazing Surgical Colleague, Kayla. Through thoughtful discussions, shared perspectives, and a commitment to learning, we’re investing in something bigger than clinical skills—we’re investing in each other.

Our current read, The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins, has sparked meaningful conversations about communication, mindset, accountability, and focusing our energy on what we can control.

Strong teams aren’t built overnight. They’re built through connection, trust, and a willingness to keep learning together.

A huge thank you to Kayla for leading these monthly discussions and helping create a culture where personal and professional growth are valued just as much as patient care. 💚
