We’re still full of excitement over here from the recent Artemis II space mission! Did you know that astronauts use special “no-rinse” toothpaste!? Because there’s no gravity to help spit into a sink, they use a toothpaste that is safe to swallow!
Back here on earth, using fluoride toothpaste is one of the best ways to help your child prevent cavities. Since we want to help children avoid swallowing too much toothpaste, the amount to use depends on the child’s age—a grain of rice for toddlers, and pea size amount for older children.
Help your child take care of their teeth so they can be ready for whatever adventure the future holds—maybe even a trip to the moon!🚀🔭

Got milk?? 🐮🍼🥛If your toddler drinks milk throughout the day, here’s some tips to help prevent tooth decay!
-Offer milk in a cup with meals
-Don’t put them to bed with a bottle of milk
-Avoid sugary milks like chocolate or strawberry
-Brush well each night, especially the upper front teeth if they’re still using a bottle.
