HUGE, HUGE NEWS!

After many fulfilling years serving this wonderful community, I am writing to share that I will be retiring from my dental practice effective the end of this month.

It has been a great privilege to take care of you and your families over the years. The relationships we’ve built mean so much to me, and I am Deeply Grateful 🙏 for the trust you’ve placed in me. 🥰

As I take this next step, I am excited to introduce Dr. Trent Kaiser, who will be taking over the practice. Dr. Kaiser shares the same values and commitment to gentle compassionate, high-quality dental care, and brings with him not only excellent clinical skills, 👨‍⚕️ but also a warm, 💖 patient-centered approach that I know you’ll appreciate.

Please welcome him 🙌 as the new care-giver of the practice.

It's National Tooth Fairy Day!

Support your friendly neighborhood tooth fairy.
º Make an appointment for your next cleaning.
º Ask your parents if they still have the first tooth you lost or a picture of it.
º Be a tooth fairy to those near you!
º Share your tooth fairy stories.
º Volunteer or give to dental organizations. Many of them provide free or low-cost dental care to those who cannot afford it. These organizations are a vital part of our communities and states.
º You can also give a shout-out to your favorite organization. We found a few that might interest you: America's Dentists Care Foundation, Missions of Mercy National Children's Oral Health Foundation, also known as America's Toothfairy

Earlier this month was the National Wildland Firefighter Day (NWFFD) which is dedicated to wildland firefighters and support personnel.

We are grateful for the fire fighters and emergency teams who have been working so extremely hard all month long to tame the many, many area fires in difficult, dangerous conditions.

More than 42% over the age of 30 and almost 60% of adults over 65 years have this disease. For 1 in 12, it is advanced and severe. It’s even worse for those who smoke or have diabetes.

It causes inflammation, bleeding and bad breath. It breaks down gum tissue, bone, and connective tissue and can lead to bone loss, including loss of teeth.

Studies indicate that it may contribute to the progression of cancer, heart disease, stroke, respiratory disease, inflammatory illnesses and Alzheimer's disease.
Many do not realize they have this disease because it is not always obvious nor painful in the early stages. It is easy to overlook and often not taken seriously.
