Toothpaste that contains stannous fluoride should be avoided 2 weeks prior to any teeth whitening procedure. It blocks the dental tubules inhibiting whitening from happening. If you need to use a desensitizer toothpaste prior, make sure that you use one with sodium fluoride. You can resume using your regular toothpaste after whitening.

While the COVID-19 situation continues to change rapidly, even daily, as do guidelines and restrictions from federal, state, and local governments and public health agencies, we elect to defer any non-emergency treatment until later time.

The health and welfare of our patients and our staff are the utmost priority and we want to do our part to limit the spread of the COVID-19, to reduce patient hospitalizations and lessen the strain on resources needed to treat patients.
