Family dental and orthodontic practice seeks full time dental hygienist. We emphasize high quality preventative dentistry, with a conservative restorative approach. Main Street Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a talented professional to fill a full time dental hygiene position in our growing Medford office (Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm). Responsibilities: • Under the general supervision of the dentist, improve the oral health of our patients by providing quality dental care and hygiene services to patients including prophylaxis, applying fluoride and protective sealants, digital intraoral radiography, scaling and root planning, debridement, and other periodontal maintenance procedures. • Ensure all patients enjoy a positive experience and are treated with the care and compassion. • Interact positively with patients to provide information and education about oral hygiene, handle and resolve patient concerns with enthusiasm and empathy.
Education: • Current Registered Dental Hygienist with MA state licensure. • Current CPR and radiation safety certification. • Certification to administer local anesthesia is preferred. Experience: • Eagelsoft experience a big plus
