Southern Oregon Dental Society The local chapter of the Oregon Dental Association. We support dentists and promote oral health!

Southern Oregon Dental Society (SODS) is dedicated to advancing the dental profession and promoting the highest standard of oral health and oral healthcare. SODS is the regional chapter of the Oregon Dental Association (ODA), and is a voluntary membership organization for dentists in Jackson County. We provide continuing education and service programs in our local community. The American Dental As

sociation (ADA), based in Chicago, is the parent organization of both SODS and ODA. ADA provides research, public information and continuing education programs. The ADA represents dentistry through national legislative and regulatory efforts and provides patient education materials on preventive care and dental health.

Our May CE class "Here's a cool thing I've been doing lately" was a huge hit! A panel of our society members prepared presentations on tips and tricks that have helped them be better, faster, stronger and more productive. Definitely a class that we will be repeating. So local members, be thinking of the next best thing that you are doing that you can share with us.
