Mark is the foundation-builder behind UB—the kind of leader/owner who understands that long-term success is built through consistency, trust, standards, and surrounding yourself with the right people. He brings experience, direction, compassion, and a deeply rooted commitment to doing things correctly, while continually pushing UB toward growth, innovation, and stronger relationships with the doctors and patients we serve.
Joe • General Manager & Implant Guru
Joe is the guy who can walk into chaos, assess the situation in five minutes flat, and somehow make everyone feel like things are already under control. He brings decades of technical understanding, problem-solving, and calm confidence to the table daily—helping doctors navigate even the trickiest implant situations with clarity, honesty, and real-world experience.
