October is here, and so are trick-or-treat temptations! 🍬

We're not saying skip the candy, just be smart about it. Enjoy treats with meals rather than throughout the day, sip water between snacks, and make sure to brush 30 minutes after sugary foods.

Have fun and keep those smiles healthy!

Brushing time for tiny teeth! 🪥

Two minutes might seem long when you have little ones, but it makes all the difference. Help your child brush in gentle circles to reach all those baby teeth.

Pro tip: Make it fun with a timer, song, or reward sticker! What works best for your family?

Candy season is officially upon us. 🍬
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We're not here to take away your fun — but we are here to remind you that sticky, chewy candies (looking at you, caramel and taffy) are the hardest on teeth. They cling to surfaces and pull on restorations.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Enjoy in moderation, rinse with water, and brush before bed. You've totally got this.

Fall is here, and so is your reminder to use your dental benefits before they expire! 🍂📅
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Most insurance plans reset on January 1, and unused benefits don't roll over. With a few months left in 2026, now is the perfect time to schedule any needed treatment - or even just your second cleaning of the year.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don't leave money on the table. Book before the end-of-year rush!

Your mouth and your heart are more connected than you might think. ❤️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Research links gum disease to an increased risk of heart disease. One more reason your routine cleaning is about so much more than just clean teeth.

A filling is just a fresh start for your tooth.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Modern fillings are tooth-colored, quick, and way more comfortable than most people expect. Catching decay early keeps it simple. Don't put it off!

Did you know diabetes and gum disease affect each other? 🔄
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
