Did you know your posture can affect your jaw?

When your head tilts forward or your shoulders slump, it can strain the jaw joint (TMJ), leading to tension, discomfort, or even headaches. Keeping good posture helps support proper alignment—and a healthier, more relaxed smile.

Saliva does more than just keep your mouth moist—it’s your body’s natural defense system!

It washes away food particles, neutralizes acids, and delivers minerals that strengthen enamel. Plus, it helps you taste, chew, and digest food with ease. Keep those glands happy by staying hydrated and practicing good oral care every day.
