These cozy blankets and cheerful stuffed animals will provide comfort to children and teens who come to Juliette's House after a report of abuse. Every child gets to choose one to keep—a small gift that can make a big difference during a difficult time.

Last but certainly not least, we want to introduce you to Deanna, our Office Manager! We gave her that title because she deserves to feel important, but honestly, she’s the heart of our team. Deanna is like a personal assistant to all of us here at All About Smiles, and she’s especially close to Dana, who’s actually her sister. She’s always going above and beyond to make sure everyone’s happy and feels special. Whether it’s planning birthday potlucks, work anniversary parties, baby showers, Christmas celebrations, or Boss’s Day surprises, Deanna makes it all happen with a big smile!

Our table is really starting to fill up! We are still collecting new and gently used throw blankets and stuffed animas for Juliette’s House, so if you would like to donate you can drop it off here at the office or with Juliette’s house directly!

This week on Meet the Team, I’m excited to introduce our very favorite team members—Akina and Agave! Our adorable office dogs who double as the warmest greeters and the best crumb clean-up crew around. They might technically be Dr. Golly’s pups, but honestly, they’re everyone’s best friends here! They know just who to look at when they’re craving a mid-morning, early afternoon, lunch, or post-lunch snack—thanks to Angie, who keeps a stash of treats in her locker. So next time you’re in the office and Angie is up front, be sure to ask if she can spare a treat. Trust me, you’ll soon have two new furry friends for life!

This week on Meet the Team, we're excited to introduce our newest member, Abbey, our Patient Care Coordinator! She moved all the way from Australia just to work at All About Smiles! Okay, that's not true, but she’s such a perfect fit that you’d think she did. Abbey is the friendly smile you’ll see when you walk in and the warm voice you'll hear on the phone. She keeps our schedule running smoothly and is always one step ahead to make sure everything’s prepared for the days ahead. We honestly couldn’t do what we do without her — she’s an absolute gem!

Juliette's House here in McMinnville is looking for donations of new and gently used throw sized blankets and small stuffed animals. If you are not familiar with Juliette's House, they are a Child Advocacy Center. The children who come to Juliette's house need these items to provide some amount of comfort during a very uncomfortable time. We will be collecting donations in our office here in McMinnville, but you can also bring items directly to Juliette's House. This week on Meet the Team, we're excited to introduce our fantastic Dental Assistant, Maggie! She joined us in early 2025 and brings a wealth of experience from her time working in oral surgery offices, making her such a valuable part of our team. Maggie not only helps educate our patients about their procedures but does so in a way that's both clear and comforting. If you ask her about her toughest task, she’ll probably tell you it’s wrangling Dr. Golly – just kidding! They work together so seamlessly, it’s hard to believe she’s only been here a little over a year. We're so lucky to have Maggie with us, and if you've met her, you already know what a gem she is.
