A little tenderness after adjustments or starting new aligners is completely normal — it just means your teeth are moving! It usually fades within a few days. Soft foods, cold water, and over-the-counter pain relievers can help. If pain feels sharp or something feels broken, give us a call. We're always here. 🛡️
