Things our dental staff would never do 🦷😬

1️⃣ Use alcohol-based Mouth wash

Alcohol mouthwash strips both GOOD and BAD bacteria. Ask your dentist for what mouthwash is better for you

2️⃣ Sip on Coffee/soda ALL day long

This can cause sugar and acid to stay on your teeth all day long and you will be more prone to cavities. Drink it in one go and/or drink water after every couple sips.

3️⃣ Brush with a Hard Bristle Toothbrush

Brushing too hard and with a hard bristle toothbrush and irritate gums and does more harm than good!

4️⃣ Use teeth as Scissors

That shortcut can cause long term damage like fracture lines, tooth chips, and cracks
