Today, we celebrate Dr, Kevin and Dr. Brittany—the talented professionals behind so many smiles at our office.

April is Oral Cancer Awareness Month. 🎗

Lakeview Modern Dentistry is dedicated to keeping you informed of your risks around oral cancer. Regular oral cancer screenings are one of the most important ways to prevent and detect signs of oral cancer early. That's why Dr. Kevin and Dr. Brittany include an oral cancer screen in every routine dental exam. 😀

While the risks of to***co, alcohol and HPV have not changed, recommendations for the HPV vaccine have. The American Dental Association supports recommendations to begin the HPV vaccine series at age 9 for the best prevention. 💪

In the meantime, keep up those regular exams to stay ahead of any oral cancer concerns.
