Keke has been with me for 11 years. She started as my assistant and worked her way up to office manager. I trust her with everything.

When I look back at building Caring Touch, I wasn't just building a dental office.

I've been a dentist for 18 years. I could easily just do what I've always done. Cleanings, crowns, fillings, the bread and butter. Nobody would blame me.
But things get boring when you're not learning something new. And more importantly, my patients deserve more options.

This year alone, I've started a coaching program for Invisalign with a provider who's done thousands of cases. I took a master lips class for filler. I trained in PDO threads. I introduced gum builder for patients with recession who couldn't afford surgery.

Every one of those trainings means I can offer you something I couldn't offer you last year.
When you come in with a problem, I want to have more than one answer. I want to be able to say, "Here are your options," and mean it.

A patient came in recently, a friend of one of my assistants, who was near tears before we even got started.

She'd avoided dentists for years because of a bad experience, and her teeth had paid the price. She needed root canals, crowns, a lot of work.

I could see how scared she was, so we did everything we could to make her comfortable. My assistant held her hand. I watched her breathing. When she tensed up, I slowed down. When she needed a moment, we stopped and breathed together.

If your teeth are crowded, you already know how hard it is to keep them clean. The floss shreds. The brush can't reach. You do your best and still end up with problems.
That's because crowded teeth create tight spots where bacteria builds up and you can't get to it.
