🚧 HEADS UP, PATIENTS! 🚧

CSX railroad crossing closures are coming October 5–10, and several nearby crossings will be affected. 🚂

⚠️ Please expect heavier traffic and possible detours! If you have an appointment with us that week, give yourself a little extra travel time so you arrive safely and on time. 🦷💙

Plan ahead & pack a little extra patience! 🚗🚗

🚧 UPDATED RAILROAD CROSSING CLOSURES – PLEASE SHARE! 🚧
JUST IN FROM CSX as of 2:00pm, 600 W. (Mt. Comfort Rd.) will be closed at the railroad crossing beginning THIS EVENING, (Thursday, October 1) for improvements.
Please use 500 W. or 700 W. (Carroll Road) as alternate north/south routes.
Additionally, 750 N. and Depot Street will also be closed for railroad crossing improvements beginning at the same time.
CSX anticipates that all crossings will reopen by mid-next week.
Please plan accordingly, allow extra travel time, and share this notice to help spread the word!

🚧 CSX Railroad Crossing Closures — Week of October 5–10

CSX Railroad has informed us they have scheduled closures for the following railroad crossings in and around McCordsville during the week of October 5–10:

750 North
Depot Street
600 West
500 West
400 West
Garden Street (Fortville)
Merrill Street (Fortville)
Madison Street (Fortville)
Oaklandon (Lawrence)
Sunnyside (Lawrence)

The only crossing in McCordsville currently not scheduled to close is Carroll Road/700 West.

Please be aware that we do not know the exact timing for when each crossing will close. Multiple crossings may be closed at the same time, so please plan your routes accordingly.

The Town of McCordsville and the McCordsville Police Department have no control over these closures, as they are being conducted by CSX.

We will do our best to provide updates on our page with the most current information available regarding which crossings are open and which are closed, so please follow and share this post. We will do everything we can to help minimize any delays to emergency response times.

🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the incredible bravery of the first responders and everyday heroes who stepped forward when our country needed them most.

25 years later, we continue to honor their courage, their sacrifice, and the unity our nation showed in the days that followed.

🦷 Happy 2nd Work Anniversary, Mandy! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating TWO years of having Mandy as part of our McCordsville Family Dentistry family! 🤍

Mandy is an amazing hygienist who takes wonderful care of her patients and brings so much fun, laughter, and personality to our office every day! 😄🪥✨ We are so thankful to have her on our team and can’t believe it’s already been two years!

🎉🐾 Happy 7th Workiversary to our favorite four-legged coworker, Jake! 🐾🎉

Seven years ago today, Jake clocked in for his very first day at McCordsville Family Dentistry… and let’s just say he’s been Employee of the Month ever since! 💙🦷

His daily responsibilities include:
🐶 Greeting patients with a wagging tail
😴 Perfecting the art of office naps
😊 Making everyone smile

Jake has brought comfort, laughter, and countless tail wags to the office over the last 7 years. We truly can’t imagine our office without him!

For the past two years, Liv has been keeping smiles healthy and making our office brighter! When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll usually find her with her dogs or horse and running her own business. 🐶 🤍🐴

🎉🐾 It’s a PAW-ty in the office today! 🐾🎉

Help us wish our favorite furry coworker, Jake, a very happy 7th birthday! 🦴🎂

Jake has been coming to work with us since he was just a tiny 10-week-old pup, and he’s been stealing hearts ever since. From greeting patients with tail wags to making everyone smile a little bigger, he’s truly part of our dental family. 💙

And of course, we can’t forget his partner in crime—his brother Snitch—who helps keep the office extra fun and full of love! 🐶🐶
