Lunch at my desk today

Thai Coconut Chicken with a little jasmine rice

This is a heat and serve item from Aldi(my new favorite store) that I decided to try.

It's a winner! There's at least another serving left and it beats braving the heat to get fast food.

This is my next favorite thing from Aldi behind Clancy's chips!

What's your Aldi fave?

Attention to detail is important to how we strive to provide great care for our patients.
💌
We chose SassySue Designs to create these sweet treats for the patients who visited our office on Valentines because of the care she takes to create confections that are lovely(perfect) AND delicious!
💌
Hope everyone enjoyed!
