Dear Patients,

We regret to inform you all that after many years of service, Dr. Sam Rohani, DMD, has left the McCloud Dental Center. As a result, the office is temporarily closed. We greatly appreciate the excellent care that Dr. Sam has provided to so many and wish the best in his next career move.

We are actively recruiting to fill the Dentist role to re-open the McCloud Dental Center. In the interim, continued care can be transferred to our Dunsmuir Dental Center at 4303 Stagecoach Road in Dunsmuir, with Dr. Nicholas Mantovani, DDS and Heather Smith, RDHAP.

We are sorry to announce that due to staff shortages caused by the Lava Fire, with mandatory evacuations and evacuation warnings, all of our clinics will be closed Thursday and Friday. With the holiday weekend approaching, that means we will plan to reopen on Tuesday July 6th. If you have an appointment with us in the next couple of days, we will reach out to you at the beginning of next week to reschedule. If you have a medical emergency, please dial 911; if you have an urgent care matter, as of now, the hospital's Emergency Room is still open. Thank you for your understanding, we will look forward to reopening and serving our communities soon. Please stay safe and take care of one another.
